Account Executive - Northern Europe

We are seeking an Account Executive who is ready to Egnyte their career and spark their passion in sales. The Account Executive will join a fast growing sales organization in the UK.  You will be responsible for closing new business in small to medium size companies within Northern Europe (UK, Nordics and Netherlands), driving Egnyte sales directly and through partners.  From content collaboration to access governance and threat management, Egnyte’s intelligent content platform makes managing content easy.

What You’ll Do (but is not limited to)

  • Drive new opportunities in the region through inbound, partner and owning outbound initiatives
  • Coordinate pre-sales, professional services, partner management, marketing and customer success teams to drive business in the region
  • Be responsible for pipeline development/generation and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Development reps and Sales Management using Intent and ABM
  • Use company applications such as Salesforce to manage, document and close the opportunity
  • Professionally conduct business negotiations in line with company policies, best practices and compliance obligations
  • Understand the Egnyte product portfolio and be able to present, through PowerPoint, Whiteboarding and Demonstration, the value that the products/platform can provide to our prospects
  • To attain the monthly recurring revenue goals
  • Opportunity to grow within the EMEA sales team as we grow

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in account management for a SaaS based software company
  • Experience nurturing and closing new business in Northern Europe
  • 2 years of quota-carrying previous experience selling SAAS, Business Applications and/or Cloud Solutions
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented with new business sales or “hunter” mentality
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Formal presentation skills with small and large groups
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job/apprentice experience
  • Able to communicate fluently in English
