As Egnyte continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our world class sales organization. You will be responsible for closing new business deals with SMB companies. We pride ourselves on being attentive to our existing customers, and you will continue to build on the relationship by identifying and closing new sales opportunities. You will partner with other internal business lines to secure deals that impact on the bottom line here at Egnyte.  

   

WHAT YOU’LL DO:   

  • You will develop sales plans to effectively and efficiently the accounts within an assigned territory.
  • You must be able proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
  • Meet and exceed your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Utilize your outstanding communication skills, and sales savvy combined with industry and company knowledge to close deals.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key decision makers and stake holders internally, and externally.
  • Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to our initiatives.

   

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • 1-3 years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with focus on new logo acquisition, using value selling approach.
  • Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development.
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Experience selling into accounts commercial/mid-market accounts.

   

COMPENSATION:  

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
