As a Curriculum Developer at Egnyte, you will be responsible for helping build high quality training for our customers as part of the Customer Enablement team. That training can come in the form of e-learning modules on Egnyte University, or instructor-led webinars and private meetings. Customer Enablement is one part of the larger Customer Success organization which is responsible for helping our customers see the value Egnyte brings to their organizations.  

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop engaging and effective curriculum for instructor-led training or self-paced eLearning modules.
  • Produce interactive course modules and instructional videos.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions. 
  • Majority of instructor-led training is completed using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, however in-person training is also an option for customers.
  • Collaborate on projects with other members of Customer Enablement, utilizing peer review and project management skills to drive the timely training outcomes.
  • This position reports to the Senior Manager of Training, who reports to the VP of Professional Services & Training.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated success with curriculum development and instructor led training.
  • Prior experience with: Rapid Development eLearning tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360.
  • Virtual instructor-led training development and delivery.
  • Experience with structured writing techniques and modular content development processes.
  • Ability to perform all phases of curriculum development including research, planning, writing, and delivery.
  • Cloud and/or SaaS experience preferred
  • Ability to travel, up to 15%.
  • Nice to have skills - LMS administration, Technical Writing

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $80k - $90k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
