As a SaaS Deployment Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing management of our SaaS solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of deployment specialists, overseeing their activities and ensuring they meet performance targets. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accurate ARR reporting using our internal developed Billing Application, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Deployment Oversight:
- Oversee the entire deployment process, from initial customer onboarding to post-deployment support.
- Ensure that deployments are executed efficiently and effectively, adhering to established standards and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Sales, Deals Desk, Business Operations, Renewals/Customer Success, Invoicing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives and consistent customer success including accurate ARR calculation.
- Utilize our internal developed Billing Application, Salesforce, and NetSuite to gather and analyze relevant data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize deployment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement new procedures and tools as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Reporting & reconciliation:
- Help reconcile data between multiple systems (SFDC/tableau and BillingApp) through constant monitoring
- Monthly/quarterly reporting for invoicing and management purposes
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of deployment specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress, ensuring team members meet expectations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in SaaS deployment operations, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn our internal developed Billing Application and proficiency in using Salesforce, NetSuite, and other relevant software tools.
- Equipped with basic knowledge of ASC 606 and understanding how to apply the revenue accounting guidelines during daily operations and decision-making.
- Partner closely with Revenue Analysts to ensure revenue transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A passion for technology and a drive for continuous improvement
- Able to be in office 3 days per week, flexible days
COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $125k - $150k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
