Customer Success Associate

Location: Hybrid-Remote (Kentucky / Cincinnati Metro / Indianapolis Metro)

As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through all stages of their engagement with our products and services. Your efforts will help identify customer needs and challenges, driving product enhancements and solutions to better serve our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Build quotes for products and services, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Utilize vendor/distributor partner tools to obtain pricing information and make informed decisions.
  • Place and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer subscription and support contract renewals, ensuring continuity of service and support.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise across vendor partner platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges, advocating for their needs, and contributing to product development discussions.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that align with their needs.
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and report findings to the management team.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of our services, offering recommendations and best practices.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in a vendor management role is preferred but not required
