What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strive to meet personal productivity goals assigned by the Firm and assist others to do the same
- Manage significant portions of client engagements including interaction with client management and/or provide advanced, specialized technical support to clients
- Exhibit ownership in the client’s well being and identify opportunities to expand services to the client while exceeding expectations and adding value to the client relationship.
- Manage client work by effectively assigning, mentoring and developing other staff accountants as deemed appropriate on client engagements
- Monitor and improve client profitability by using other team members and continuously improving the Firm's client management
- Coach other team members and help develop skills
What We Are Looking For:
- 5-10 years of accounting work experience
- Experience in public accounting, preferably working with multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- A drive to succeed with a strong interest in providing exceptional services to our clients
- A CPA license, or willingness to obtain within 1st year of employment
