About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal HR team to focus on experienced hires. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top talent to support our firm’s growth and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and enhancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the firm, including but not limited to accountants, consultants, technology experts, and administrative/operations professionals. This includes preparing job postings, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting screening calls, facilitating interviews, and issuing offers.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process.
- Sourcing and Networking: Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including leveraging social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the firm’s employer brand through targeted marketing strategies and participation in industry events.
- Process Improvement: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Misc: Support the HR team on other initiatives such as campus recruiting and onboarding new hires.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or other related field.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the accounting, consulting or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems, experience with Jobvite a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A knowledge and understanding of the accounting industry and its talent landscape a plus, but not required.
