Administrative Assistant – Audit (ASG)and Business Consulting (BCG)
Location: On-site; Louisville, KY
Dean Dorton, one of the largest and most acclaimed certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the Southeast, has an opportunity for an experienced Audit (ASG)and Business Consulting (BCG)Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position takes on a high level of responsibility in our firm and is critical to meeting the needs of the audit and business consulting service groups. This opportunity is available in our Louisville, KY office.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison to our clients for your assigned ASG and BCG partners and leaders.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of administrative ASG and BCG processes.
- Ensure delivery of client documents are performed adequately and efficiently, both electronically through our secured electronic portals and via standard mail/shipping.
- Compose and proof general correspondence including letters, memos, reports, presentations, and emails.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including location, invitations, catering, and room and equipment preparation.
- Coordinate travel logistics and associated expense report preparation for partners and service group leaders
- Provide general administrative activities including organizing and maintaining electronic filing systems, processing paperwork, copying/filing, and prioritizing calls/mail.
- Handle highly confidential information and various administrative project support as needed.
- Provide backup to various roles within the Administrative Support and Operations team, including document processing during peak workload periods, and other general administrative functions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Dedication to a career with a proven background serving as an Administrative Assistant, as a part of an Administrative Support Team.
- Ability to perform administrative duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision, by setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and Adobe.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Background and experience in a Professional Services firm, including fraud, legal, or accounting firm is a plus.
- Experience in any of the following applications is a plus: CCH Axcess Practice, Pacer, ShareFile, CaseWare, and Power BI are a plus.
