Administrative Assistant – Audit and Business Consulting

Location: On-site; Louisville, KY

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to directors within assigned service groups.  Thus, this role is key to efficient and successful operations within a service group. In this role, you will:

  • Plan, organize, and schedule service group meetings and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
  • Draft, review, and distribute communication on behalf of the directors.
  • Maintain client databases and update CRM and other client platforms.
  • Support calendar management for the team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting monthly expense reports.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute service group deliverables.
  • Anticipate the needs of the service group to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, communication platforms, and online form software is strongly preferred.
