Description: Director of Clarity Labs 
As the Director of Clarity Labs, you are responsible for leading a dynamic team of product/project managers, engineers, architects, and innovators who are creating the future of dynamic technological solutions for the national security mission. This role requires your ability to play strategic thinker and leader of the brightest minds while managing the tactical business operations of the internal research and development arm of Clarity. You will also need to be able to discuss complex technological solutions in simple terms while engaging with executive leadership from across the federal organizations dedicated to the National Security mission of the United States as well as commercial companies across the private sector.  
Requirements:  
  • Demonstrated value in growing  business opportunities while developing, marketing, deploying, operating and enhancing software products in three or more of the cyber network operations, cloud platforms, software engineering, data engineering and/or business intelligence fields 
  • Experience creating and growing a startup technology services/product company from ideation through maturation 
  • Experience in leading IR&D teams for commercial and/or government organizations 
  • 10+ years of experience working within the public sector technology modernization space 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the national security mission and current technology modernization opportunities and challenges within the public sector 
  • Demonstrated experience in driving a people-first organization focused on building leaders, thinkers, and doers while embodying the Clarity culture of honesty, humility, kindness and driving outcomes 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or related field 
  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or related field 
  • Experience working as a government civilian 
CLEARANCE: 
Must possess an active Secret level clearance; TS/SCI preferred
