Description:        

A Business Process Manager promotes business operations efficiency by creating, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures. They maintain and create as needed, documentation of existing processes and procedures and champion Company and accreditation standards. They work collaboratively across all departments to identify areas of improvement. They create automated workflows that will standardize and improve efficiency of business processes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage process & procedure documentation
  • Conduct periodic reviews to monitor compliance with Company and accreditation standards
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement new processes to increase efficiency and productivity and compliance with accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes; Build and maintain system driven (a.k.a. Zendesk) workflows
  • Develop training content to support corporate and mission
  • Train employees on new processes and procedures
  • Identify and mitigate process risks and issues
  • Monitor and measure process performance and report on progress
  • Assist with other duties as called upon – i.e. EOS; Contracts; etc.
 
Requirements
  • Work experience with accreditations or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Process and procedure writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Positive attitude
