We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our organization in a hybrid role as a SCIF Manager and IT Support Administrator. As the SCIF Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) from scratch. Additionally, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance and possess a strong background in both SCIF management and IT support.SCIF Manager:
  • Design, plan, and oversee the setup of a company SCIF in accordance with relevant security guidelines and regulations.
  • Coordinate with facility management, security officers, and other stakeholders to ensure the SCIF meets all physical security requirements.
  • Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and access controls to safeguard classified information.
  • Maintain accurate records of access, visitor logs, and security incidents within the SCIF.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in security regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain SCIF compliance.
IT Support Administrator:
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control administration.
  • Conduct system upgrades and software installations as required.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in training end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in SCIF management, including setting up and maintaining SCIFs.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security protocols and requirements related to SCIFs.
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining access controls, visitor management systems, and security documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear technical instructions to non-technical individuals.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
