Learning & Development Specialist
Description
Support delivery and maintenance of training materials. Occasional development of training material. Training materials consist of hard copy task‑based training learning modules, electronic form development in the LMS, PPT presentations, eLearnings.
Conduct assessments for determining impact on training materials and training methods related to change controls and changes in procedures.
Assist curriculum owners and managers with validation of curriculum, revising curriculum, and building curriculum to ensure regulatory compliance.
Navigate the LMS tool as administrator to ensure on‑the‑job trainings, eLearnings, instructor‑led trainings are documented in the tool and are mapped according to employee qualification needs.
Ensure that training materials and systems align with qualification pathways in LMS tool by collaborating with the end user, LMS administrators and the training development team.
Perform workflows in various platforms related to CAPA management and document control.
Deliver training presentations as needed.
Independently set up audio‑visual equipment for training presentations.
Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree required in Education, Psychology, Learning and Development, Instructional Design and 0 years of experience OR if no degree 4+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery will be accepted.
AA degree or certification in adult learning, instructional design is acceptable.
Experience in a GMP environment and/or training development preferred but not required.

Skilled in MS Office tools to include but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel — Advanced: demonstrates deep knowledge; manages complex tasks and integrates multiple tools independently.
Experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, EasyGenerator or general eLearning software; Familiar with learning management systems.
