Food Safety Account Manager - Pacific Northwest

- The Account Manager Industry, Food is responsible for the total territory management of their geographical territory as designed by the Food Regional Service Manager (RSM) for all US Food Accounts.
- Maintain and grow existing business, while generating new business and revenue through selling and placing instruments and reagents.
- The AM is responsible for the territory achievement of revenue target and growth goal, at least 100% A/B achievement.
- Work with Sales & Marketing management in developing new or improved sales/support tools.
- Understand market trends, key investment drivers, customer challenges, and customer journey. Identify the key competitors, players, and their supply chains.
- Adopt a team approach; work with team in pursuing common goals.
- Support and encourage team support to create a unified message/response with FSE, FAS, AM, BDM, CAM and Management to customers.
- Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years professional related experience within B2B sales environment and/or 2+ years of food safety laboratory/operation experience.
- Food safety sales background highly preferred.
