Position Summary:

Ainsworth is currently looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Montreal. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Human Resources team and Hiring Managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensure a flawless candidate experience. This role will focus heavily on scheduling interviews, candidate communication, administering ATS, new job configuration and processing new-hire paperwork.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist hiring managers with requisitions and navigation through the APS
  • Conduct phone interviews for hourly roles and initial screening of candidates
  • Schedule in-person interviews; coordinate between hiring managers and candidates
  • Prepare hiring documents and send forms to new hires
  • Complete background checks and employment verifications
  • Collect hiring forms; send to payroll and upload documents to employee files
  • Send new hire notification; order IT equipment and schedule onboarding activities
  • Create various documents and templates in both English and French
  • Provide administrative duties to recruitment and HR functions (scanning, filing, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources
  • More than a 1 years of experience in a Recruitment or HR operations role
  • Exceptional Oral and Written communications skills
  • Analytical and organized mindset and a knack at prioritizing effectively
  • Passion for candidate experience and providing the teams we support great service
  • Ability to think on your feet and make adaptable last-minute changes as needed
  • Experience with any ATS Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
