Position Summary:
Our Sudbury team is currently looking for Sheet Metal apprentice to join our growing team. 


Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist Journeyman on Sheetmetal project and installation work.
  • Capable to read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, etc.
  • Ability to safely lift 50lbs.
  • Shop/office cleaning, equipment and furniture moving as required.
  • Assists with site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Material and equipment pickup/delivery as required.

Requirements: 

  • Ontario Journeyman credentials or Ontario indentured apprentice only
  • Must have experience with the installation of Ductwork, venting, appliance installations etc.
  • Furnace installation experience an asset
  • Able to work with Sheet Metal with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Heavy lifting may be required
  • Must be able to perform work with a high degree of safety
  • Positive attitude and the ability to communicate with customers professionally
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Be able to pass security clearance
