Position Overview:
 
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing regional marketing plans and delivering all associated campaigns, programs and assets across EMEA and Canada. This is a highly execution-focused role, ensuring that global and regional strategies are translated into clear, on-time and high-quality marketing deliverables that support pipeline growth, partner engagement and brand consistency.
Working closely with the Director, Global Marketing, regional sales leaders, partners and external vendors, the Marketing Coordinator will manage day-to-day marketing activities and act as a central point of coordination for EMEA and Canada marketing execution.
The role is based in the UK and requires the individual to be within commutable distance of the London office. Occasional international travel may be required, including travel to the Toronto office for internal collaboration, partner engagement or client meetings.

Based in the UK with regular access to the London office
Occasional travel required, including potential travel to Toronto, Canada
 
• Execute marketing plans across EMEA and Canada in alignment with global marketing strategy
• Own the day-to-day execution of campaigns including digital marketing, events, partner marketing and account-based initiatives
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals and delivery across internal teams and external agencies
• Support regional sales teams with campaign execution, event coordination and sales enablement materials
• Manage the creation and delivery of marketing collateral including presentations, emails, landing pages and event materials
• Maintain regional marketing calendars to ensure consistent execution across multiple territories
• Coordinate logistics and marketing support for events, partner activities and customer engagements
• Work with global marketing teams to localise campaigns and ensure relevance across EMEA and Canada
• Track execution progress, deadlines and deliverables to ensure programs are delivered on time and to standard
• Support campaign and event reporting by coordinating inputs, metrics and post-activity summaries
 
 
What you will bring to the team:
 
• Experience in a marketing coordinator or marketing execution role, ideally within a B2B environment
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proven experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple regions or markets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a clear focus on delivery and follow-through
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams, partners and senior stakeholders
• Experience in technology, IT services, AV or channel-led organisations is highly desirable
 
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting EMEA and/or North American marketing programs
• Familiarity with partner-led and OEM-driven marketing campaigns
• Experience coordinating events, trade shows or customer briefings
• Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and reporting
