Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Integration Solutions Specialist to support the delivery and expansion of global digital commerce capabilities. This role sits within the eCommerce and integration’s function and will play a key part in supporting enterprise customers, delivering product demonstrations, and helping explain procurement integration models including cXML and API-based integrations.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solid technical understanding, enabling them to confidently engage with both business and technical stakeholders.

What you will do as an Ecommerce Integration Solution Specialist:

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement Demonstrations
• Deliver engaging demonstrations of Zones’ global eCommerce portal and digital purchasing capabilities
• Clearly articulate platform functionality, including catalogue management, ordering workflows, and user experience
• Tailor demonstrations to enterprise customer needs across different regions and use cases

Procurement Integration Support

• Support discussions with customers integrating procurement platforms such as Coupa and SAP Ariba
• Explain integration models including:
• cXML PunchOut
• Hosted catalogues
• API-based order submission
• Assist in translating technical integration concepts into clear, customer-friendly language

Pre-Sales Solution Support

• Partner with sales and account teams to support customer opportunities involving digital commerce and integrations
• Help position Zones’ digital capabilities as part of enterprise solution offerings
• Support responses to customer questions, RFPs, and solution design discussions

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the global eCommerce team, integration specialists, and platform teams
• Support alignment between customer requirements and platform capabilities
• Assist in documenting common integration approaches and best practices

Enablement Documentation

• Develop and maintain demo environments and supporting materials
• Create customer-facing documentation and walkthroughs for portal usage and integration options
• Support internal enablement by helping teams understand eCommerce capabilities

What you will bring to the team:

Employees employed in the role of "Ecommerce Integration Solutions Specialist" shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making

Required Skills Experience Core Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Confidence in delivering live demonstrations to customers
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and structured way

Technical Understanding

• Basic to intermediate understanding of:
• eCommerce platforms (experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce is
• beneficial)
• APIs and system integrations
• cXML and procurement integrations (preferred but can be developed

Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role (pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical
• account support)
• Exposure to enterprise procurement platforms such as Coupa or Ariba is advantageous
• Experience working in digital commerce, SaaS, or integration environments is preferred
