Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the user identities and access policies in Azure Active Directory.
- Configuring and maintaining the email and collaboration services in Exchange and SharePoint.
- Enabling and supporting the communication and teamwork features in MS Teams and OneDrive.
- Ensuring the security and compliance of the O365 environment using Microsoft Defender/Security and Microsoft Purview tools.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the performance and availability of the O365 services.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the end users and other IT staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability
- Incident management and prioritization
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Efficient in managing and driving multiple projects / initiatives.
- Handling Vendor Communications and relationship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
- Good understanding of Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
- Handling migrations as a result of mergers and acquisitions across various platforms
