Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Lead - Service Delivery to join our Enterprise Services team.

Job Responsibilities:     

• Lead delivery of major projects as a Technical Program Manager

• • Write project definition documents
  • Identify and communicate with stakeholders
  • Define projects plans/timelines
  • Organize and update project documentation
  • Run project delivery meetings

• Support implementation of agile methodology

• • Act as scrum master
  • Manage JIRA Projects and Confluence Spaces
• Collaborate with the Cloud COE team and other stakeholders to define project management standards

Required Qualifications:      

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel projects of various levels of complexity. 
• Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties consistently. 
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines 
• Able to lead meetings and manage user expectations 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
