Sales Planning, Senior Manager

Location: US Remote – East Coast

About The Role

  • Gather and analyze data from market/internal sources, including past performance metrics and third-party data, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth – understand and identify best opportunities for use case fits and build models to project growth
  • Work with the senior leadership to develop business growth plans for multiple verticals based on product mix/geography - track and report progress on execution of these plans
  • Assess market trends and identify opportunities and threats from competitors
  • Plan and execute account segmentation models to maximize our GTM strategy through various coverage models
  • Build and execute account plans in collaboration with our key account managers in order to land and expand our revenue
  • Work in collaboration with other areas in the company (Finance, Strategy, Marketing, etc.) to build a comprehensive growth plan for the sales organization
  • Monitor forecast to ensure timely actions needed to stay on track on sales execution

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
  • Proven ability to extract insights from data and translate it to actionable initiatives
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills – creative thinking to solve complex problems with innovative solutions
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with high attention to accuracy and completeness
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize – time management skills
  • Proficiency in systems and tools used for the day to day activities (Excel, data visualization tools, planning tools)
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing deliverables
  • 10+ years of experience with Sales/Financial planning, TQM

Compensation                

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $147,000 to $190,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
