The US Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment projects to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates with US vendors and the TA team in support of various recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems, candidate assessment tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Develop and manage recruitment project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with US hiring managers and TA team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Tracks and manages expenses related to TA/recruitment tools and vendors.
  • Validates vendor invoices for accuracy and collaborates with finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoices.
  • Monitors key performance indicators related to talent acquisition tools, analyzing data and trends to optimize tool allocation and usage.
  • Supports talent acquisition projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assists in developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

  •  BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any relevant course.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in US recruitment or HR project management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
