About the Team
At Nutanix, you would be joining the Contingent Workforce Team, a global team of 7 individuals with a service-oriented culture. Despite being spread across different locations, the team collaborates seamlessly to support Nutanix's contingent workforce needs.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce, who is dedicated to helping you succeed in your role. Our work setup is currently hybrid, offering flexibility with no set limit on the number of days you need to be in the office. This setup allows you to strike a balance between working in a collaborative office environment and having the freedom to work remotely.

Your Role
- Manage the entire lifecycle of contingent workers, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including Purchase Order processing and onboarding activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain program policies and guidelines aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Serve as the go-to expert on Contingent Workforce processes, regulations, and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure program compliance and governance while leading projects to enhance operational efficiency and automate manual processes.
- VMS tool expert, generating reports and rectifying system errors.
- Lead on-going projects to enhance functionality of VMS tool.
What You Will Bring
- Need 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Must be proficient in Workday, ServiceNow, and VNDLY (or any VMS tool)
- Skilled in Contingent Workforce Management and Managed Services
- Ability to persuade and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, and project management skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate complex information clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
