APJ Channel Marketing Manager
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Create and manage marketing plans for key resellers and distributors, overseeing execution and results.
- Partner Engagement: Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with partners through effective two-way communication. Deliver timely and impactful messaging via newsletters, webinars, and electronic direct mails, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Partner Enablement: Provide partners with marketing resources, training, and tools. Be accountable for all aspects of monthly partner enablement webinars, from planning, speaker management and content curation to post-webinar follow-ups.
- Demand Generation: Adapt global programs for regional relevance or create local ones as needed. Oversee partner execution to drive demand and pipeline growth, ensuring the achievement of marketing and ROI goals.
- Marketing Tools: Leverage marketing automation platforms (i.e. Partner Demand Center) to execute digital campaigns, track performance, and nurture leads. Enable partners to effectively utilize these tools.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like marketing qualified leads, marketing sourced pipeline, marketing influenced pipeline, and deal registrations weekly. Share report, insights and recommendations with partners and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination across teams (marketing, sales, product, technical) to align goals, priorities, and projects. Organize cross-functional meetings and workshops to address challenges, share information, and improve workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in channel partner marketing within the IT software or technology industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Proven expertise in planning, managing, and executing successful partner marketing programs with diverse partners across the APJ region.
- Proven success in delivering webinar sessions on Zoom or similar platforms, that drive high attendance and engagement, resulting in measurable outcomes.
- Familiar with both market-to and market-through partner motions.
- Experience managing KOLs or influencers in marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Splash, Wrike, ZiftONE, Salesforce, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
- Knowledge of APJ market trends, cultures, and business practices.
- Deep understanding of channel ecosystem trends, including resellers, distributors, system integrators, and service providers.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and hands-on approach.
- Proactive and collaborative team player with accountability for outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Expertise in creating project plans, leveraging resources, prioritizing tasks, and executing strategies with operational excellence.
