Pigment Technical Administrator
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pigment Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role blends expertise in planning models and a strong ability to transform concepts into solutions. You will own the development and maintenance of our Pigment models, enhance our planning capabilities through effective and efficient model design, and help execute on critical planning objectives.
About the Team
The Pigment Technical Analyst will join the dynamic Revenue Operations team located in Bangalore, India. This new team is being formed to implement the Pigment tool for quota planning, specifically within the sales compensation space. The team culture is collaborative and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on innovation and alignment. The mission of the Revenue Operations team at Nutanix is to streamline processes and enhance financial planning to support sales teams effectively, ensuring the organization meets its business goals efficiently.
You will report to the Manager, Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations. The hiring manager has a hands-on and collaborative leadership style, fostering an environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. The work setup for this role is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. The new hire is expected to be in the office a few days each week, though specific in-office requirements will be discussed further during onboarding.
This role does not require travel, enabling the candidate to focus fully on the implementation of the Pigment tool and collaboration with team members from the comfort of their workspace in Bangalore.
Your Role
* Design and implement models that support the Revenue Operation process (Headcount planning, territory planning, and sales quota planning)
* Build and maintain integration processes
* Collaborate with project team members and end-users
* Optimize the user experience and value of the models
* Assist in Pigment onboarding process for stakeholders
* Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and regularly report progress to management.
What You Will Bring
* 3 to 5 years of experience in model building experience (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
* Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheet, analysis tools, visualization)
* Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct data analysis and modeling
* Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
* Proven track record of teamwork and project management skills in a technical environment
* Familiarity with model building (FP&A, quota planning, territory planning etc)
