The Bobst Tooling Tech will assist and support the Operator in keeping the Bobst running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Die Tooling Management including ordering, staging for use, die preparation for upcoming jobs
• Interacts closely with Pre-Press/Layout team and vendors/suppliers
• Understand job ticket information to determine quantity, special work instructions, and any other special customer requirements
• Assist with set-ups and operation of the Bobst
• Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned Bobst
• Become certified as back-up operator.
• Maintain Lean and 5S standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Basic Computer Skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
