We are seeking to appoint a data wizard with a passion for continuous improvement, who loves turning spreadsheets into stories and dashboards into decisions?
We’re on the hunt for a CI Data Coordinator to join our Operational Excellence team supporting EMEA CI activities. You’ll be the heartbeat of our data operations – collecting, organizing, and transforming site-level performance data into actionable insights that drive real change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Centralizing operational data from our sites across EMEA
- Maintaining clean, consistent, and accurate data repositories
- Supporting monthly KPI reporting and dashboard creation
- Responding to ad hoc data requests from our OpEx team
- Collaborating with site teams to improve data quality and usability
What You’ll Bring
Must-haves:
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts – you know the drill)
- Experience in data coordination or reporting roles
- Detail-oriented with a love for clean, reliable data
- Great time management and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or OpEx environments
- Familiarity with Lean or CI methodologies
- Exposure to ERP systems and multi-site reporting

Additional Information
We have one vacancy that can be based near our sites at either Warsaw, Poznan or Cluj-Napoca (although the role itself if remote). To apply for this role you must already have the right to live and work in Poland or Romania and have the ability to travel unrestricted within the EMEA region. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
