Role and Responsibilities:  
 
As a Business IT Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across IT services in a dynamic FMCG environment. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing service automation and integration solutions that enhance business agility, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality. This role demands a blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic project oversight, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable and intelligent service solutions. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical execution—designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows and system integrations that enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability across supply chain, finance, and commercial functions

Job Responsibilities 
•    Drive end-to-end process analysis across different system and platforms to identify automation and integration opportunities particularly SAP, Radius, CERM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and many more. 
•    Architect, develop and support integrations using Boomi, ServiceNow Integration Hub and Microsoft Power Automate. 
•    Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor service performance and automation impact 
•    Create, optimize and troubleshoot VBA scripts for Excel-based data transformation and reporting 
•    Apply AI-driven tools and techniques to optimize service delivery and predictive maintenance 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across platforms and services 
 
Project Management 
•    Lead automation and integration projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics 
•    Manage project risks, dependencies, and change controls in alignment with business priorities 
•    Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, draft functional and technical specifications, and oversee testing and deployment 
 
IT Service Management 
•    Support and enhance ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) using ServiceNow 
•    Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery 
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service operations and automation pipelines 
•    Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data privacy standards 
 
Stakeholder Management & Engagement 
•    Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors to align integration and automation goals 
•    Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of automated solutions 
•    Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value 
•    Provide regular updates and performance insights to senior leadership and stakeholders 
 
Job Requirements  
Technical Skills. (Candidates with experience in any of the following applications or solutions are suitable for this role.) 
•    Automation: Power Automate, VBA, Boomi 
•    Integration: ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs 
•    Data Visualization: Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables 
•    Scripting & Logic: VBA, Python (optional), AI/ML tools 
•    ITSM Platforms: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management 
•    Cloud & Connectivity: Azure Logic Apps, Boomi AtomSphere 
•    ERP: SAP, Radius, CERM, MS Dynamics, HighRadius 
 
Job Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent proven training; SAP certification is a plus. 
•    7–10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in integration and automation project implementation. 
•    Solid application development, deployment, and support expertise. 
•    Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
•    Skilled at resolving complex application issues. 
•    Knowledgeable in business needs and application support.
