The Treasury Analyst will serve as an integral member of the MCC Global Treasury team by collaborating with key stakeholders to lead the card program consolidation and implementation project. This position will also support several key treasury functions including daily cash management and reporting, external debt monitoring, bank relationship management, and policy maintenance. The Treasury Analyst must be able to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Adhere to industry standard best practices to model an enhanced global corporate card program.
  • Partner with Bank to develop a global deployment strategy.
  • Optimize program benefits and DPO to drive value in financial position.
  • Measure program goals by using performance metrics.
  • Support daily cash processes to maintain adequate bank account balances.
  • Evaluate borrowing requirements based on daily liquidity availability.
  • Execute wire transfers in accordance with MCC global wire policy.
  • Monitor positive pay for checks and ACH.
  • Administer bank software, monitoring and maintaining proper user security entitlements.
  • Assist with management of domestic and international bank relationships.
  • Review domestic account analysis fees.
  • Review daily cash journal entries using Reval.
  • Review monthly interest accruals using Reval.
  • Execute Ad hoc requests from management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Corporate card program and Concur expense management system experience required.
  • 4-6 years of corporate treasury experience required (manufacturing industry experience a plus).
  • Ability to partner with business units to collaboratively advance corporate initiatives.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • CTP a plus.
  • Driven self-starter with strong self-responsibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Must proficiently use Microsoft Office suite of products and be able to create and manipulate Excel documents. SAP, Hyperion Smartview, FXall, Reval and bank portals.
