- Have a proven track record of delivering high performance with at least 5 years’ experience at production Manager/Supervisor level preferably within the print industry in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Have significant Manufacturing experience in a print background preferably.
- Be computer literate with a strong knowledge of inventory systems, MRP and measurement tools.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated management skills at a senior level within a production/operations management field.
- Proven ability to manage a large team of skilled production operators.
- Strong financial acumen with experience of formulating and executing to weekly/monthly/yearly budgets.
- The ability to understand and analyse financial information.
- Possess excellent customer relationship skills.
- Possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate success in managing change, developing teams and managing performance.
