Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide Application Support to all Multi-Color plants in the Latin American region. Applications include, but are not limited to: EDI, Radius, SAP, SharePoint, and any other application that is installed.
- Hardware Support: Provides Troubleshooting for all hardware or software issues affecting applications. Solves simple hardware problems (printer, handheld, etc). Generates tickets for hardware and software problems that require further specialization.
- Implementation and Support Projects: Works with Business Management and IT Project Managers to define scope, activities, definitions, AFE and timelines. Uses Project Management methodology to manage and control tasks and activities during project development.
- - Follow the procedures, instructions, visual aids and formats of the prerequisite programs (PPR) in which he/she participates according to the PPR responsibilities matrix.
- Know the safety team.
- Communicate to the safety team any concern or malpractice identified.
- Complies with environmental policy guidelines.
- Knows and follows the policies disseminated within the company (Environmental Policy,
- Quality Policy and Product Safety Policy.
Qualifications:
- Example: Bachelor’s degree in Accountant or Business Management is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Example: Requires 10+ years of progressively responsible corporate accounting experience.
