We are seeking an exceptional EMEA FP&A Manager to join our regional leadership team. This is a high‑impact role supporting multiple manufacturing sites across the region — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving industrial environment and enjoys blending deep financial analysis with influential stakeholder leadership.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Data & Insight:
- Lead monthly analysis of trends, variances and performance drivers across all EMEA manufacturing locations
- Build forward‑looking insight using advanced analytics to shape commercial and operational decision‑making
- Develop rolling forecasts, budgets and robust management reporting aligned to regional business priorities
- Improve tools, systems and processes to strengthen data quality, efficiency and visibility
- Review and analyse information from multiple sources to highlight performance risks, opportunities and emerging patterns
- Connect financial outcomes with operational realities — linking costing, OEE, production efficiency and supply chain variables to create a clear performance narrative
- Identify root causes behind performance shifts and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Enhance predictive modelling to support scenario planning, investment decisions and strategic planning activities
People & Influence:
- Work directly with leaders and teams across EMEA - from Vice Presidents to site‑based finance, teams
- Translate complex financials into clear, business‑focused recommendations
- Facilitate collaboration across Sales, Operations, HR, Procurement and S&OP
- Drive alignment and informed decision‑making across the regional organisation
- Act as the connective link between finance and operations — ensuring both speak a common language, understand the business drivers and share unified goals
- Proactively challenge assumptions, manage expectations and guide discussions toward realistic, data‑supported outcomes
- Lead cross‑functional planning conversations that balance operational constraints with financial realities
About you:
Manufacturing Finance Expertise
- Proven background in an industrial or fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of standard costing, investment appraisal, OEE and predictive modelling
Technical Strength
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with SAP and Power BI
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
Leadership & Communication
- Confident working with senior leaders (VP level) and coaching/supporting local finance teams
- Able to simplify complex financial topics for non‑finance stakeholders
- Strong relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influencing outcomes
Mindset & Behaviours
- Resilient, adaptable and solutions‑focused
- High attention to detail; disciplined and dependable
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
Desirable Extras
- PE‑backed environment experience
- Power Query, Radius or Oracle FCCS
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, equivalent)
