Ensuring the continuity of machine operation through ongoing supervision of infrastructure and printing, packaging, and other machines. Diagnosing and fixing breakdowns, performing inspections of machines and equipment, specifying parts for replacement.

 

• diagnostics of printing machines and troubleshooting, cooperation with external service technicians

• regular maintenance of machines, machine calibration

• specification of parts for repairs and machine operation, ordering consumable parts, ensuring proper stock of machine consumables, UV lamps, doctor blades

• performing specified machine changeovers

• ongoing supervision of infrastructure – cooling, humidification, ventilation, heating systems, etc.

• keeping records documenting inspections, breakdowns, and parts orders for machines

• ensuring occupational health and safety – proper functioning of machine safety systems

• verifying the proper operation of rewinders and printing machines

 

• Secondary technical education (electrician, electronics technician, automation technician)

• SEP (Electrical Power Association) certification (up to 1 kV), ability to read electrical schematics

• Ability to use measuring instruments (multimeters)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance services, industrial electrical and electronic equipment service, or similar, preferably in the industry

• Good knowledge of English

 

Preferred requirements:

• Forklift operator (category II WJO), driving license category B

• Experience in the printing industry - service of roll machines, certifications, skills in ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, etc., basic German communication skills
