We are looking for a Customer Service Manager well organized, flexible, detail-oriented with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging and energetic environment.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the customer service executive function on a daily basis in order to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Ensure the customer service area is meeting its objectives to agreed standards.
  • Work with the Management team to assist in the achievement of business objectives and provide leadership and backup support to the customer service team, as required.
  • Manage the process and assist where necessary, the accurate and timely of all orders to achieve delivery in full & on time with quality.
  • Manage and improve the systems and procedures which ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of account ownership are developed and maintained within the customer service team.
  • All post sales activities are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage and strengthen working relationships and communication between sales, customer service and production planning.
  • Reports are timely submitted.
  • Diploma or Degree holder with customer-oriented and having pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Min 5-year experience in customer service function and preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be fluent in English verbal and written.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Must possess own transport.
