 MCC Label is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Pricing Analytics and Strategy team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in data analysis and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The candidate should have a strong grasp of Microsoft Excel, and a willingness and ability to learn SQL, Qlikview, PowerBI, or other similar tools as necessary. The candidate should also be a self-starter who has the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing and financial data, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating strategic solutions that drive growth or reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis, including with sometimes large and complex data sets, to support business decision-making
• Distill complex data to quickly and clearly communicate important takeaways to cross-functional business leaders
• Build dashboards in Business Intelligence software such as Qlickview and PowerBI
• Analyze historical pricing data, working at times with large and different data sets
• Identify areas for improvement, and design new approaches and methodologies
• Weekly reporting and monitoring to determine trends, providing feedback to relevant departments
• Miscellaneous and ad hoc analysis assignments, sometimes with short turnarounds
• Manage multiple work assignments concurrently
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
