Objectives of the position:
- The position holder advises all managers on all aspects of modern human resources and is responsible for operational HR support for all employees at the location.
Primary Tasks:

- The design of a human resources management instrument (workplace and time design, filling positions, employee assessment and promotion, salary determination)
- Application of key figures for the factory production labor
- KPI reporting from the evaluation of key data on the factory production labor
- Interviews and employment negotiations as well as the drafting of contracts for managing directors, heads of departments and departments, employees and commercial employees
- Hiring, terminations, transfer, classification, reassignment and retirement policies
- Negotiating and maintaining contact with the works council and concluding company agreements
- Support and improvement of company pension schemes
- Representing the company in labor law matters
- Workplace design
- Company healthcare administration
Special Tasks:
- Supervision of industrial and commercial vocational training
External contacts:
- Employment agency, employers' associations, labor court, social welfare office, registration office, consulates, health insurance companies, schools, trade inspection office, chamber of industry and commerce, etc.
The job holder informs the Company about:
- Successes and developments from the application of human resources management instruments
- Type and extent of social care
- Situation on the labor market (quantity, quality, price), its changes and effects
- Collective bargaining
- Threatening internal and external conflicts
- Internal and external salary development
- Collaboration with the works council
- Occupational health and safety
- Necessary investments in the social sector
They are also responsible for the:
- Compliance with legal and operational regulations in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection and quality
- Advising other specialist departments on all relevant questions relating to your own area of responsibility
- Compliance with the specified and certified product safety and hygiene requirements
Requirements for the job holder:
a) Training
- Studies with professional experience or vocational training with appropriate further qualifications and relevant professional experience (3-5 years)
b) Professional knowledge and skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify, define and facilitate the implementation of new HR requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills, experience with HR software (time recording and payroll) is an advantage
- Knowledge of labor, social and collective bargaining law, immigration law, social law, knowledge of human resources and social affairs, organization and knowledge of general commercial matters. Administration,
- English to a secure B2/C1 level
- Adaptability - commitment, self-confidence and willingness to embrace change
- Foreign language skills: English – business fluent, other languages desired
