$1500 in Sign-On & Retention Bonuses Available
$21.00 an Hour Plus $1.25 an Hour Pay Differential 
3rd Shift (10p-6a)

Multi-Color Corporation is seeking qualified candidates to enter the Press Operator Training Program. Hired candidates during their first year of employment who remain in good standing/ employed  may receive progressive sign-on and retention bonuses as outlined in the incentive section below.

Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday from 10p-6a (3^rd shift)

Incentives:

• Sign-On Payout Schedule: $500 at 90 days of continuous employment
• Retention Payout Schedule: $500 at 6m / $500 at 1y with continuous employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience operating various mechanical machines in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
• Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide to figure label counts and conversions. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to use simple Windows-based applications.
• Must be able regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully complete the Training Program required to run a Flexographic Press
• Upon completion of training, meet the production standards of the position.
