Supplementing this, we also support the global supply chain of wholesale banknotes through our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and partnership with the US Federal Reserve Bank, to build deeper payment relationships with international banking customers.  
 
It is through obtaining our own banking and payment licenses, the acquisition of two banking platforms and access to 16+ liquidity providers that we are able to proposition a trailblazing FinTech payment infrastructure that simplifies our customer’s diverse business needs and reduce their costs. Your Next Challenge    
We are seeking a highly-motivated and results-driven professional for our Senior Account Executive position.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will confidently onboard new business customers for Moneycorp’s international payments service, bring innovation with new client opportunities, and role model as a senior for the wider team. You will also gain a comprehensive understanding of our other business units, including Partnerships, Payment Solutions, Product, Moneycorp Bank, Private, and Wholesale.
 
Role Responsibilities: 
Generating and Closing Quality New Leads 
    • Create and qualify leads for follow-up.
    • Introduce Moneycorp’s corporate service to generate interest.
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Prepare and present our value proposition.
Opening and Maintaining Accounts 
    • Guide clients through the sales cycle, including account opening and compliance processes
    • Create tailored FX strategies for the clients (hedging tools, derivatives, credit)
    • Solve client problems reducing FX friction with our bespoke FX offerings
    • Work closely with our dealing and trading teams for ongoing relationship management with clients
Representing the Company 
    • Represent Moneycorp professionally across multiple channels (face-to-face, phone, email).
    • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and client events, engaging and building relationships with potential clients.
Teamwork 
    • Collaborate with peers to help win and maintain business
    • Provide guidance and support to team members
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to smoothly onboard and support clients
Knowledge & Experience: 
    • 5+ years of FX sales experience (generate and navigate to close) - essential
    • Knowledge of the FX industry and products – essential
    • B2B sales experience – essential
    • Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority, both internal and external
    • Proven success in achieving new business financial targets
    • CF30 registered (FCA Qualification) - preferred (training available)

    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organisational skills, including prioritisation.
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in CRM and sourcing tools.

Education:
