Role Purpose 
 
To enable growth across Moneycorp’s global commercial operations by delivering actionable insights, data-driven strategies, and platform optimization. This role will be central to the newly formed Revenue Operations team, supporting Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Origination teams with commercial intelligence, analytics, and systems management to improve unit economics and accelerate performance across Corporate, Payment Solutions, and Private Client segments globally.
Key Responsibilities
 
Commercial Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor sales cycles, campaign performance, and commercial KPIs
  • Collaborate with regional and product teams to align data insights with strategic objectives and commercial outcomes
Data Management & Analytics:
  • Own the end-to-end data lifecycle: acquisition, cleansing, enrichment, analysis, and visualization
  • Build predictive models and performance benchmarks to support decision-making across origination teams
  • Partner with Finance and Product teams to assess unit economics and optimize pricing, margin, and conversion metrics
  • Use AI to drive commercial intelligence, productivity improvements, augmentation of output, and drive scalable go-to-market activity across teams
Platform & Systems Ownership:
  • Manage and optimize CRM and Comms (HubSpot, D365) and CMS platforms to support lead generation, campaign tracking, and customer lifecycle management
  • Ensure data integrity and system interoperability across commercial platforms
  • Support integration of ERP and accounting systems with payment and FX platforms for seamless reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Dealer teams, embedding analytics into daily workflows
  • Support campaign planning and execution with data-driven targeting and segmentation
  • Facilitate alignment between commercial functions through shared metrics, reporting cadence, and performance reviews
Revenue Operations Enablement:
  • Help define and implement the RevOps operating model, including governance, processes, and tooling
  • Identify gaps in commercial infrastructure and propose solutions to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, developing more accurate pipeline analysis and forecasting.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
      • Proven experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations within financial services or fintech
      • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP integrations
      Skills:
      • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
      • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
      • Project management and process optimization capabilities

      Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis within the team based in our London (Victoria) office.
