👷 What You’ll Be Doing:
 
  • Maintain excellent curb appeal and keep common areas clean and welcoming
  • Keep interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities) tidy, safe, and inviting
  • Assist maintenance staff with tasks like basic repairs, painting, and unit turns
  • Help with trash outs and preparing vacant units for new residents
  • Support pool upkeep and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal)
  • Report any maintenance, safety, or unusual concerns around the property
🧰 What You Bring:
 
  • 3–6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
  • Basic understanding of maintenance/property operations is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-player attitude
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • Passion for keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
🎁 What You’ll Get:
 
  • Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
  • Annual raises based on performance (up to 5%)
  • Employee referral bonus: $500–$1,000
