Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring an experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist to support our growing multifamily portfolio. What You’ll Own: This is a high-impact HR role partnering directly with operations leaders and onsite teams to improve performance, retention, and culture.
 
  • Lead complex employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Coach managers on performance management and accountability
  • Partner with leadership on retention, engagement, and team development
  • Ensure HR compliance across multiple sites and states
  • Conduct site visits, trainings, and operational HR support
  • Support workforce planning and succession strategy
  • Use HR data and field insight to drive business decisions
  • Travel regularly to communities across AL, AR, KS, LA, MO, NC, TN, WV and HQ in Franktown, CO

Required Experience
 
  • 5+ years in HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
  • Strong employee relations and investigation experience
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or field operations
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
Preferred 
  • PHR or SHRM certification
  • UKG experience
  • Multifamily, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or field-based industry HR experience

Compensation & Benefits
 
  • $75,000–$85,000/year (DOE)
