Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring an experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist to support our growing multifamily portfolio. What You’ll Own: This is a high-impact HR role partnering directly with operations leaders and onsite teams to improve performance, retention, and culture.
- Lead complex employee relations and workplace investigations
- Coach managers on performance management and accountability
- Partner with leadership on retention, engagement, and team development
- Ensure HR compliance across multiple sites and states
- Conduct site visits, trainings, and operational HR support
- Support workforce planning and succession strategy
- Use HR data and field insight to drive business decisions
- Travel regularly to communities across AL, AR, KS, LA, MO, NC, TN, WV and HQ in Franktown, CO
Required Experience
- 5+ years in HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience supporting multiple locations or field operations
- Ability to influence and coach leaders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
Preferred
- PHR or SHRM certification
- UKG experience
- Multifamily, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or field-based industry HR experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$85,000/year (DOE)
