We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Waterstone Place in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• $18.00 - $22.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications

What We Need from you:

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
• Valid Driver's License and Transportation
• Boiler, HVAC, CPO experience a plus but not required (Paid Training Available!)
