Monarch Investment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park Meadows Apartments in Waite Park, Minnesota. We are looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in providing quality work and excellent service to residents.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $22.00–$24.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
- On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

- 80 hours during Year 1

Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
- Perform apartment turns and general repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry work
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Maintain organization and safety within the maintenance shop
- Participate in the on-call rotation scheduleQualifications:
- At least 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of:
- Plumbing systems and fixture repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Appliance repair
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Water heaters and HVAC systems
- EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday 8AM – 4:30PM
- Ability to work on-call 1 week every 7 weeks
