Your Day-to-Day
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to keep our residents comfortable.
  • Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Respond to work orders and provide top-tier resident service.
  • Support apartment turnovers
  • Main point of contact for on-call emergency maintenance coverage
  • Assist with snow removal when the Traverse City weather turns
  • Flexible schedule with 32 hours/week. Full time and year round work.
What We’re Looking For
  • EPA Certification is required. 
  • 2+ years of hands-on hvac maintenance experience.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in compensating our team for their dedication. Your total rewards package includes:
 
  • Competitive Pay: $28.00 – $30.00/Hour (depending on experience) with annual salary increases based on performance
  • Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually.
  • On-Call Perks: $100 weekly on-call bonus plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs.
  • Holiday Pay: Holiday coverage bonuses + 9 paid holidays annually.
  • Insurance: Blue Cross Medical for only $47.50/month (individual), plus complimentary Life and Dental Insurance. Optional Vision and Disability available.
  • Financial Future: 401k package with a 3% company match.
  • Time Off: Generous PTO accrual, starting with 80 hours in your first year.
