Your Day-to-Day
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to keep our residents comfortable.
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed.
- Respond to work orders and provide top-tier resident service.
- Support apartment turnovers
- Main point of contact for on-call emergency maintenance coverage
- Assist with snow removal when the Traverse City weather turns
- Flexible schedule with 32 hours/week. Full time and year round work.
What We’re Looking For
- EPA Certification is required.
- 2+ years of hands-on hvac maintenance experience.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in compensating our team for their dedication. Your total rewards package includes:
- Competitive Pay: $28.00 – $30.00/Hour (depending on experience) with annual salary increases based on performance
- Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually.
- On-Call Perks: $100 weekly on-call bonus plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs.
- Holiday Pay: Holiday coverage bonuses + 9 paid holidays annually.
- Insurance: Blue Cross Medical for only $47.50/month (individual), plus complimentary Life and Dental Insurance. Optional Vision and Disability available.
