Groundskeeper – Full-Time, Year-Round

Locations:
  Forest Woods Apartments -  101 Forest Parkway, Valley Park, MO 63088
  Park Commons Apartments -  600 Park Commons Ct, Valley Park, MO 63088

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 /hour (DOE) + bonuses

We’re hiring a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our communities clean, safe, and looking great year-round. This is a full-time position with steady hours, no seasonal layoffs, and strong benefits. You will be a dual-site employee working at two of our great properties.

What We Offer:

• $16.00 – $18.00 /hour
• Quarterly bonus up to $750. Up to $3,000 a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep breezeways and common areas clean with regular leaf blowing and debris removal
• Complete daily trash pickup and maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
• Pick up dog waste and restock pet waste stations
• Assist with apartment trash-outs as needed
• Trim bushes and keep sidewalks and walkways clear
• Assist the office team with resident notice delivery when needed
• On-Call snow removal as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to operate blowers, trimmers, and basic equipment
• Willing to work outdoors year-round
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
