Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49512.
Schedule: 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday - Friday. Dayshift hours.

** RESPONSIBILITIES **
- General labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions
- May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
- During snow removal season responsibilities may include clearing driveways & parking lots with both plow and/or snow blower, as well as applying deicing/salting materials to walkways/parking
- During snow removal season you must be willing to work all hours of the day while on call 24/7
- Maintaining multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor
** REQUIREMENTS **
- 2+ years’ experience in professional landscaping
- Snow plowing experience strongly preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to help with on call for snow removal duties
