We are seeking a Property Manager to take full ownership of Pavilion Lakes Apartments, a 200 unit apartment community in Evansville, IN, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team success.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
What You’ll Do:
Drive Performance
- Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals
- Maximize renewal capture and resident retention
- Manage delinquency and actively pursue collections
- Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOI
- Manage your property within budget and financial guidelines
- Oversee maintenance operations
- Process invoices and ensure timely financial operations
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site team members
- Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and training sessions
- Drive accountability and adherence to Monarch standards and processes
- Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
Who Thrives Here
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience leading and developing teams (3+ employees preferred)
- Strong understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations
What we are offering:
- $58,000 - $63,000 year salary
