Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Upper Town Apartments, a 318-Unit property located in St. Cloud, MN.
We are offering up to $23.00/HR PLUS a $100 On-Call Bonus and up to $3,000 a year in quarterly bonus potential plus benefits!

Compensation & Benefits:
- $21.00–$23.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
- On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
- Perform apartment turns and general repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry work
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Maintain organization and safety within the maintenance shop
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of:
- Plumbing systems and fixture repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Appliance repair
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Water heaters and HVAC systems
- EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday 8AM – 4:30PM
- Ability to work on-call 1 week every 6 weeks
