We’re Monarch Investment, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who’s ready to hit the road and support multiple communities across the region. If you like variety in your work, steady hours, and a company that rewards loyalty, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel between properties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues with furnaces, condensers, compressors, blowers, and thermostats
- Perform seasonal maintenance, filter changes, and efficiency checks
- Assist with installation and replacement of HVAC units
- Work with on-site teams to keep residents comfortable year-round
