Regional Marketing and Sales Director
The Regional Marketing and Sales Director has primary responsibility for the overall marketing strategy on Monarch properties in their respective region. Directs activities such as website/digital media hosting, brand management, advertising and promotion campaigns, and new product development for Monarch Investment and its properties.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing the day to day tasks of leasing and marketing specialists and resident relations specialists.
•Organizes and oversees meeting between marketing team members and regional property managers.
•Main point of contact with corporate marketing director to disseminate information on and implement new company objectives for the use of Costar, Grace Hill/Vision LMS, Rent Café, etc.
•Keeps in constant communication with Asset Managers and Regional Property Managers on property marketing needs for poor performing communities.
•Works directly with the Marketing Director to determine needs and new strategies for their region.
•Consults regional managers on annual marketing budgets for Monarch properties.
•Oversees the corporate marketing budget in their respective region.
•Works with regional recruiters to develop brand and recruiting strategies. •Attends regional all hands meetings to give department updates and set priorities for properties.
•Manage employee sales and marketing training for the region.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Hire, manage, train, coach, and terminate when necessary all area marketing specialists and resident relations specialists. Assist in training and evaluating property level leasing agents.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
•Proficient in Yardi.
•4+ years’ experience in marketing, public relations and/or equivalent
•1+ years direct experience in investment property preferred
•Knowledgeable in Craigslist and social media platforms.
•Exceptional communication and people skills.
•The ability to adapt to a fast paced, high-energy office environment.
