Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a  Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota at Windsor Gates Apartments. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 200 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:  
  • 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
  • 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • CPO certification preferred but not required
  • Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred but not required
  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
